We only collect what we need to help you.

• Contact form. Your name, phone number, the service you pick and your message. Please don’t put medical details in the form. We will talk about those privately.
• Calls, emails and faxes. Whatever you or your healthcare provider choose to share with us, such as a referral.
• Clinic visits. Your health history, treatment notes and billing details. These are part of your health record and are protected under the Health Information Act.
• Website visits. Pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, your general area (such as your city) and how you found our site. We collect this with Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

• To reply to your message and book your visit
• To give you safe care and keep your health record
• To work with your doctor or other providers on your care
• To see which pages help people, so we can improve the website
• To meet our legal and professional duties

We never sell your information. We don’t use your health information for marketing.

We only share your information when we need to:

• With your consent. For example, with your family doctor, a specialist or your insurance company.
• When the law requires it. For example, a court order, or when someone is at serious risk of harm. We share only what is needed.
• With companies that help run our website. Vercel hosts our website. Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Google provides Google Analytics and the map on our site. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.

Some of these companies may store or process information outside Canada, such as in the United States. That information may then be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies are small files your browser saves. We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see how people use our site. We do not send your name, phone number or form messages to Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our website still works without cookies.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Only people who need your information to do their job should see it.

We keep health records for as long as Alberta law and our regulators require. We keep other information only as long as we need it, then delete or destroy it safely. Google Analytics deletes website data after a set time.

• Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to fix information that is wrong
• Withdraw your consent, unless the law says we must keep using it

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within the time Alberta law allows. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. If you think a child has sent us information without a parent’s okay, let us know and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as Google Maps. This policy does not cover those sites. Please read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
