Dr. Bobart has created a really calming, homey space complete with a gym and pharmacy. There is even a little food bank set up for those in need and copious amounts of information pamphlets on a variety of topics. The receptionists, Rachel and Louisa, are kind and very helpful. It is very easy to call in to get appointments in a quick and friendly manner. It is so very convenient to have a pharmacy in the same building. Vikalp is awesome and completely knowledgeable. He is so friendly and will even drop your prescriptions off at your house if they are not available when you are there. What an incredible and convenient service. Now, for the heart and soul of the building, Dr. Vonda Bobart! I rarely have to wait too long when I arrive for an appointment. Dr. Bobart is extremely efficient. She is really knowledgeable on a lot of topics and does not rush. She takes the time to listen to you and ask follow up questions to get to the bottom of your pain. She truly cares about her patients and is such a sweetheart. Her office is always clean and tidy and bright and warm. It does not feel as though you are at one of those sterile clinics. Dr. Bobart not only deals with my very complex migraines, but also any other pain present in my body. We decide together what treatments we would like to try. I feel very involved and well looked after. Again, her knowledge is far reaching and her compassion endless. She is so qualified and great at what she does. A huge thank you to Dr. Bobart and her team for making each visit easy, comfortable and stress free. Before being referred to Solis Medical Clinic for my wife's iron IV infusion, we had this procedure done at another clinic in Edmonton but their clinics have experiencing 2-4 weeks wait time to to get in. My wife already had waited 2 weeks to connect with the doctor for Rx and subsequent Special Authorization but I was able to obtain an app't within 24 hours! Amazing and I hope short lead time does not change as in many cases my wife's blood levels drop with minimal notice. Dr. Bobart and her team were efficient, caring, friendly and the procedure went without any issues. My wife was very pleased and eventhough a little further for us from Leduc, she would like to continue to see Dr. Bobart. But the staff completely exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was lovely and got me an appointment super fast, the tech was gentle and reassuring, and the doctor had a calm, grounded vibe that instantly made me feel at ease. They treated me like a person, not a number and in healthcare, that really stands out. The space was clean, comfortable, and I left feeling more cared for than I’ve felt in a long time. She's knowledgable, compassionate, funny, gentle, calm... Treats my migraines with Botox, which also includes TMJ injections, and trigger point injections for other chronic pain issues that I have. Dr. Bobart is an amazing Physician who is compassionate and thorough. Through trigger point injections of Lidocain & Dextrose along with Physiotherapy she has helped me deal with chronic back pain, allowing me to return to a normal life. If you are not vested in your health or only looking for pain pills Solis is not for you. The first time I visited Dr. Bobart she recommended 6 weeks of physiotherapy before she felt comfortable treating my condition. Dr. Bobart has also treated my injured shoulder with Cortisone and Sportvis. Note - no narcotics! I would recommend Dr. Bobart and her new multidisciplinary clinic with a diverse range of wellness services to help you recover from your pain.Load more
